In a case involving a commercial dispute between a reseller and our client, the Court, after a contested hearing on September 12, 2017, ordered the plaintiff to pursue their claims against our client in arbitration.  Paul Schlaud argued the case at the hearing.  Shade & Putnam Technology Solutions, Inc. v.
